NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of members of the North Toronto Hockey Association will be held at North Toronto Arena, on Wednesday June 24, 2026 at 6:30pm to conduct the following business:

  • To review and adopt the reports of the Directors;
  • To review and adopt the audited Financial Statements;
  • To appoint the Auditors;
  • To authorize the Directors to fix the Auditor’s remuneration;
  • To elect Directors;
  • To transact such further business as may properly be brought forward before the meeting.
