NOTICE OF
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of members of the North Toronto Hockey
Association will be held at North Toronto Arena, on Monday, September 30, 2024, to receive and consider the reports of the directors, financial statements and the report of the:

Auditors;

Elect directors;

Appoint Auditors;

Authorize directors to fix the auditors remuneration; and

Transact such further business as may properly be brought forward before the meeting.
