Update: North Toronto Hockey Continues to Support Make-A-Wish Trees of Joy

This weekend, you will see posters around the Arena advertising a fundraising initiative North Toronto Hockey is participating in with Leaside and Ted Reeves hockey clubs.  The three clubs are working together to raise $10,000 for Make-A-Wish Canada. This amazing organization grants life-changing wishes to children with critical illnesses.

Make-A-Wish Canada has matched us with a “wish child”, who is 9 years old. His medical journey began at just 19 months when he was diagnosed with an inflammatory disorder and has undergone numerous procedures.  His wish is to visit his favourite theme park with his family. Him and his family will also receive a beautifully decorated hockey-themed tree along with some fun gifts for his whole family.  We are encouraging our membership to consider making a donation to this meaningful organization.
