Vaccination, Screening and Spectator Policies. 2021-22

As of September 22, 2021, all visitors to arenas and recreational facilities who are born in 2009 and older will be required to be fully vaccinated. Individuals are considered fully vaccinated after receiving the full series of a COVID-19 vaccine or combination of COVID-19 vaccines approved by the World Health Organization (e.g. two doses of a two-dose vaccine series, or one dose of a single-dose vaccine series, plus 14 days from last shot).

PLAYERS 
Born 2009 to 2003

Must have received BOTH doses by October 17th, 2021. Copy of your vaccination receipt showing 2 doses must be uploaded by 11:59PM on October 17th. Any players who have not uploaded proof of double vaccination by this date/time will be ineligible to play as per the GTHL Game Plan 2.0 Vaccination Policy. Link for uploading is below:

When arriving at the rink please:

  • Show GTHL Screening to attendant at the door

  • Please arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled ice time and please vacate the facility in a timely manner at the conclusion of your scheduled ice time.
Born 2010 to 2017

No vaccine proof required.

When arriving at the rink please:

  • Show GTHL Screening to attendant at the door

SPECTATORS
For All Players One parent/guardian per player will be allowed into the arena. The parent/guardian must enter the arena at the same time as the player. No siblings are allowed. No exceptions. No outside food or drinks will be permitted.

When arriving at the rink please:

  • Show acceptable proof of full vaccination as outlined above along with government issued photo ID (such as driver’s licence, passport or health card) matching the name on the proof document.
  • Show Ontario Provincial Screening to attendant at the door

  • Please arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled ice time and please vacate the facility in a timely manner at the conclusion of your scheduled ice time.

 

EXEMPTIONS 
For PLAYERS Must be obtained through the Greater Toronto Hockey League according to the policies and forms available here. Until such an exemption is granted and presented to the North Toronto Hockey Association, players will not be able to step on the ice.
For PARENTS Must present photo ID and a medical letter to the arena screener which follows the provincial exemption guidelines available here .
